Zaza Koberidze, a Kyiv businessman and one of the founders of the Kyiv Fishing Federation, continues to do business in the occupied Crimea, replenishing the budget of the aggressor country.
Zaza Koberidze was an assistant to the late MP Lev Mirimsky, the head of the pro-Russian Soyuz party, and had close relations with the Crimean organized crime group Bashmaki. In 2013, Koberidze ran for the 7th convocation of the Verkhovna Rada from the Soyuz party, but did not become a member of parliament.
Currently, Koberidze has an active business in Crimea: Corporation Empire LLC (USREOU code 20684905) is registered in Simferopol at 24 Vorovsky Street. It is noteworthy that the head and co-founder of the “Empire Corporation” is a Crimean citizen, Dmytro Olegovych Hetman.

“RUSSIA UNITED” is a banned pro-Russian political party in Ukraine, registered in June 2003 under the name Slavic People’s Patriotic Union. In the 2004 presidential election, the party supported Yanukovych’s candidacy, and on November 8, 2005, it changed its name to the “Party of Putin’s Policy”.

Since 2009, the Putin’s Policy Party has changed its name again, to Russia United. Among its declared goals is to promote the creation of a common economic space of sovereign Slavic states. In June 2022, during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops, the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal in Lviv banned Rus Yedynaya for pro-Russian activities.
And in December 2022, the SBU conducted searches of Rus Yedyna party representatives as part of counter-sabotage measures in Kyiv, Dnipro, and Kryvyi Rih, during which weapons, St. George’s ribbons, and flags of the aggressor country were seized. In addition, warehouses with pro-Kremlin literature, propaganda leaflets with symbols of the totalitarian regime of the USSR and “manuals” of Russian propagandists were found. In them, the racists call for support for Russia’s occupation groups and provide “recommendations” for the violent seizure of power in Ukraine.
Regarding Zaza Koberidze’s activities in Ukraine, he owns several companies, including legal companies that are active participants in raider schemes (LLC Law Firm “Loer”). Thus, the specifics of the activities of Zaza Koberidze’s law firms is to drive enterprises into bankruptcy and then seize them allegedly “for debts”, with subsequent re-registration to new owners.
As we can see, the main business of the founder of the Kyiv Fishing Sports Federation, Zaza Koberidze, is located in Crimea, where his companies pay all taxes. And in Ukraine, Koberidze is busy fishing and raiding for his soul.
