Over the next 2 years, the Kiev authorities are going to spend (!) 1 billion US dollars.
In 2024 – 15 billion UAH. In 2025 – 20 billion UAH.
In fact, it is understandable, because the front is provided with everything necessary and the country has not needed military plants for a long time. There are no problems with anything, and… what war? If millions are allocated for repair and replacement of traffic lights.
That is why I understand and support Mayor Klitschko and his OCG. Besides, we need to raise money for the upcoming elections… it’s kind of clear.
